Refund Policy


We accept returns for exchange of item damaged in transit.  To be eligible for an exchange, you must email us within 7 days of receiving the book at to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to use. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full price of your item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of the purchase.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
